Q..... WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST OF MY PHOTOGRAPH? A..... $16.95 delivered to your door. Q.... HOW BIG IS MY PHOTOGRAPH? A.... All photographs are a MINIMUM of 8x10. Some may be slightly larger. If you need exactly 8x10, be aware that approximately 1 inch may have to be removed from the ends, due to the ratio of most photos. If you do not specify size, the photo will be produced at the normal ratio which is "normally" slightly larger than 8x10 (but not always) Q....CAN YOU MAKE 5x7s? A.... Yes, however you must contact me BEFORE you order and tell me that you want your photo in a 5x7 format. You will receive TWO 5x7s for the same price as one 8x10. Failure to contact me prior to ordering will result in you receiving an 8x10. There are no exceptions! Q..... I SEE YOU USE PAY-PAL. I DON'T HAVE A PAY-PAL ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO? A.... You do NOT have to belong to Pay Pal in order to purchase a photograph. You can use your credit card as you normally would in any transaction. Q..... DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. ? A..... No, not at this time. Q.... DOES MY PHOTO COME MATTED? A.... No, it does not at this time due to people's preferences in mat colors. However, I'll be happy to autograph any mat sent to me. Q.... WILL MY PHOTO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE IT DOES ON THE INTERNET? A.... There is always some difference on the way a photo looks on a monitor, and how it looks in print. The main reason for this is because the photo is "backlit" (has light shining through it) on a monitor. This does not detract from the photo in any way. It simply looks slightly 'different" to some.
