Looks like a common roadside restaurant right?   Well, this one's in Estonia.  And like many of these great restaurants, it has something out back that is common.  Want to see what it is?  OK, next photo:

Here's a kid catching his own Trout, which is the entire point of all these restaurants.  You can catch your own,  or have the restaurant staff catch one for you.  Normal fishing time is less than a minute.  Talk about FRESH!

Estonian girls having just enjoyed fresh smoked Trout.  The price is $20 and well worth it due to absolute freshness.  No more frozen and "God knows where it came from" fish.  This is what we need around here!

 

With fishing being one of the most popular pastimes in West Virginia,  I cant help but think that the first person to open something like this here could make a fortune!   Fishing... fresh fish... what more could you want?

Needless to say,  these restaurants serve many other foods besides fish, and the atmosphere simply draws people together for a good time outdoors.  (And Estonia has much shorter summers than we do).  So there it is.  One of you rich readers should seriously consider this and get it built!  I'll be for first customer!  Smoked fish! Ummm.. 

PS... the key to this is to keep the price reasonable!  Never forget that.
