I was fortunate enough to fly in this beautiful B-17 from Charleston to Lexington Ky.
The trip was great, and we (Jeff Steindler traveled with me) spent the entire time going over every inch of the aircraft while in flight. We were encouraged to sit in every position a real crew would have, and check the bombsights etc. This was not an aircraft for Heavy Hitters! Space was tight!
