Ruffner Addition Map

This ad appeared in the Charleston newspapers in 1914.  The Ruffner Addition was the largest addition to the city at that time. It comprised over 22 acres which up till now, was mostly unusable boggy marshland.  Notice the price of these lots at the bottom.
