There were several little businesses on Washington Street that looked just like this one. Same building style, and most likely the same builder. The guys in this photo did it all: Window screening, carpenter work, furniture repairing and refinishing.... and all while wearing a suit and riding a bike. Most of this block would go on to host Roger Dean and then Tag Gallian Chevrolet. Today, the entire block is taken up by the Clay Center.
